Hello! I'm Berny, the face behind Be Efficient Administration Services. When I am not sitting behind the computer working, you'll find me indulging in the joys of the Great Barrier Reef—swimming, snorkeling, and fishing. I love spending quality time outdoors, whether it's camping and traveling or simply enjoying great food and drinks with family and friends!

With fourteen years of experience in administration and human resources, spanning across private organisations and public healthcare services.  I've always had a passion for streamlining processes, fostering positive relationships, and supporting the success of others.

After relocating to the beachside town of Airlie Beach in North Queensland, I was eager to utilise my expert knowledge and skills to create a business that offers not only flexibility but also delivers impactful solutions to enhance other businesses.
